Spitfire Gift-art

This little picture was made as a belated birthday gift for a friend of mine, the sweet *Kateasaur, as Spitfire just so happens to be her favorite pony! Unfortunately I found out about her birthday nearly a month after the fact, and didn't have as much time as I would have liked to put into it, but all the same she liked it and that was the only thing that mattered to me! Hugs and such, dear! <3

Immediately after I finished this picture I realized that Spitfire bears an almost uncanny resemblance to what is probably the most generic, official Applejack vector of them all, but of course that only occurred to me after I finished working on it and not during the process, ah well! In any case, I did enjoy myself playing around with pretty colors for the background~
