I know I probably should wait to upload even more of my older work onto dA, but eh! I didn't feel like it anymore.

So, as the title implies this picture was drawn as a birthday gift for a friend of mine, who happens to love these two ponies (and Rarijack, ahem~) as much as I do and who requested a picture like this when prompted. I went for something different here with a really closely-cropped scene, but from the response on my blog at least people seem to like it and so I hope it was a good decision.

For people who don't especially care for this pairing, feel free to interpret it in any non-shipping context that you like! My friend ~jodyjm13 suggested that perhaps Rarity is just encouraging a glum Applejack after a hard day, and I actually really like the idea. Too bad I'm not a fanfiction author or I might try for a story about it!

Rarity and Applejack are a nice couple.

Also, maybe it's just me, but some of your pictures with Rarity and Applejack look like photos that have aged. It's almost like Rarity and Applejack are senior citizens who are looking back at old photos and remembering the good times they had together.

Aww, that looks super adorable! Out all the pics you've drawn of these two, I think this is probably my favorite. I'm not sure what it is, but any picture of two ponies nuzzling each other is really cute (heck, even the word nuzzling is adorable, rofl). It gives me diabetes.

Another great job on this. I very much like it.

After a long time thinking, I decided to put a wallpaper image in my new smartphone. Obviosuly, has to be a Rarity image. I lurk deep in my collection, my DA favs, and suddenly this image appears in front of me. I always thoght of using one of your images as my most wpp's cause I just love them, but from above all of the Rarity and RariJack images you have done, this one is the most adorable for me. It's so simple, and at the same time so divine, it's just lovely to see them just together, and so relaxed and happy. I really love this image, more than I even thought, and now I enjoy every time using my phone because I can see this image every day.
